At Pokecardd, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items received with the purchase.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards.

  • Digital or downloadable products.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

  • Opened or unsealed collectible products, trading card packs, or sealed collectibles, unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective item, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery if your order meets the return eligibility requirements.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
