At Pokecardd, we offer pre-order products to allow customers to reserve selected items before their official release or availability. This Pre-Order Policy explains the terms and conditions that apply when purchasing a pre-order item from our website.

What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an order placed for a product that is not currently available for immediate shipment but is expected to become available at a later date.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to wait for the product to become available before it is shipped.

Payment for Pre-Orders

  • Payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed unless otherwise stated.

  • Your payment confirms your reservation of the product.

  • Pre-order items may be charged separately or together with other items depending on the payment and fulfillment process.

Estimated Release & Shipping Dates

Release dates shown on our website are estimates provided based on available product information.

Please note:

  • Release dates may change due to manufacturer delays, supply issues, shipping delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to update customers if there are significant changes to expected availability.

  • Orders will be shipped as soon as the pre-ordered product becomes available.

Mixed Orders (Pre-Order + In-Stock Items)

If your order contains both in-stock products and pre-order items:

  • Your entire order may be shipped together once all items are available.

  • If you prefer to receive available items earlier, please contact us before your order is processed. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be canceled only before the order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Once a pre-order has been prepared for shipment, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.

Pre-Order Refunds

If a pre-order is canceled by Pokecardd due to product unavailability, discontinued release, or circumstances preventing fulfillment, customers will receive a full refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Product Availability Changes

Manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors may change:

  • Release dates.

  • Product specifications.

  • Packaging designs.

  • Available quantities.

Pokecardd is not responsible for changes made by manufacturers or suppliers but will communicate important updates when possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Pre-Orders

If your pre-order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Photos of the product and packaging.

We will review your request and provide assistance according to our Return & Refund Policy.
